Where is my order?

If you have selected home delivery for your medicine and your parcel has not arrived. In such a condition, you may track your order by replying to our confirmation mail. In case you don’t have received an order confirmation mail, visit our website minishopus.com and open the “Contact Us” page.

Can I cancel my order for medicine once I have paid for it?

Your order can be canceled if it is not in the shipment phase or has not received it. If your needed product has been posted and accepted the delivery, you will not be allowed to cancel it.

How do I know if my order for medicine has been received?
